5.0 Purchase of Goods
Orders
- When you place an order to purchase goods from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order
- No goods will be despatched until payment is received in full. Please note that in the case of payment by cheque, funds must be cleared before goods are despatched
- The price of the goods includes postage, packing & insurance within mainland U.K. Additional charges will be made for despatch to the Channel Islands and overseas. These charges are available on request
- The price of goods includes Value Added Tax
Delivery
- We endeavour to despatch goods as quickly as possible and, although not guaranteed, this is usually within 3-8 working days (i.e. excludes Saturday and Sunday) For orders paid for by cheque, please allow 28 days for delivery.
6.0 Returns & Refunds
- Goods should be examined as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. In the event of goods being faulty or damaged, you should contact us as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than 7 days after delivery. You will be entitled to a full refund on faulty or damaged goods. Goods must be returned in original packing and it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to ensure they are received by us. We recommend a secure method such as Royal Mail Parcelforce 48hr. which tracks deliveries. Your refund will include postage charges incurred by you.
- If you are not happy with the goods for any reason, you may return them for a refund, less a 20% handling charge. We must be notified of your intention to return goods to us as soon as possible, but in any event not later than 7 days after receipt of goods. Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, you must cover the cost of returning the goods to us. Goods must be returned in original packing, in a saleable condition. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care to ensure they are received by us and not damaged in transit. We recommend a secure method such as Royal Mail Parcelforce 48hr. which tracks deliveries.
